Most things you read about Denver these days are about the city's latest and greatest developments -- the cutting-edge startups, the innovative renovations, the influx of young people. But the Mile High City still retains some of its "cowtown" flavor. Literally, in the case of the annual Stock Show Parade. Kicking off the
National Western Stock Show, the parade features, among other things, a herd of Texas longhorn cattle being driven through the streets of downtown Denver. Since Turner PR's Denver office is just down the street from where the event takes place, we couldn't resist getting a taste of the Wild West today. Here are just a few things we saw:
