th anniversary by doing what it does best: strategic growth. We're expanding to Miami, FL, in a move headed up by new Vice President, Naureen Kazi. Founded in 1997, with offices in New York City, Denver, and Chicago, as well as a Portland presence, TURNER’s portfolio of national and international travel, tourism and lifestyle clients includes Barceló Hotel Group; Bermuda Tourism Authority; Tourism Toronto; Target’s C9 Champion Collection, RAEN, Alternative Apparel and individual hotels and resorts from Kimpton Hotel & Restaurant Group Inc., Starwood Hotels & Resorts, Marriott Hotels & Resorts, Hyatt Hotels Corporation and Viceroy Hotels & Resorts, among others. “Our work in Central and Latin America – not to mention Florida and the Caribbean – has grown substantially in the last few years, and we’re excited about establishing a stronger presence in the Miami market,” said Christine Turner, president of TURNER. “Naureen will lead strategic planning and integrated campaigns for global clients, as well as expand our bilingual service capabilities.” Naureen comes to TURNER from Development Counsellors International (DCI), where she led national public relations and trade marketing efforts for international and domestic destination clients for more than six years. Prior to that, she worked for a word-of-mouth marketing agency and FleishmanHillard Tokyo. With a deep background in corporate communications, consumer and destination marketing, Naureen is well- versed in designing and implementing results driven marketing communications and travel trade campaigns. An international communications specialist, she is fluent in six languages, and has spent much of her personal and professional life between Mexico, Tokyo, and New York City.
