The Broadview Hotel is located in a 126-year-old landmark – the old Toronto strip club Jilly’s. Originally built in 1891, the hotel (located in the up-and-coming Leslieville neighborhood) has been meticulously restored and reimagined as a 58-room boutique hotel. Each guestroom is refreshingly unique, and fully outfitted with luxury linens, a vinyl record player and a mini-bar offering locally sourced goods. From the spectacular Rooftop to the energy of the Café+Bar, the Broadview's restaurants are a destination in and of themselves.

Toronto’s newest cultural hub and hotspot,
Bisha Hotel and Residences is the first private-label boutique brand to originate in Toronto since Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts came on the scene in the 1960s. The 44-story Bisha flagship property opened in October 2017 in the heart of the Entertainment District on Blue Jays Way with 96 luxury rooms, including 13 suites. Rock fans take note: the hotel has a floor designed by none other than Lenny Kravitz. It also boasts a lively rooftop bar and infinity pool with amazing views of Toronto’s skyline.

Soon to be one of North America’s largest urban resorts,
Hotel X will bring a cutting edge mix of luxury, hospitality, sports and entertainment to downtown Toronto in January 2018. The hotel will be the only hotel on the historic grounds of Exhibition Place, located just a stone’s throw away from Billy Bishop Toronto City Airport. It will have three towers, 404 rooms including 39 suites and 2 penthouse, 2 rooftop pools, a beer garden, and squash and tennis courts.

In mid-2018, renowned boutique hospitality company Kimpton Hotels & Restaurants will open
its first Canadian property in the high-end neighborhood of Bloor-Yorkville in Toronto. A full conversion of the current Holiday Inn Toronto Bloor Yorkville, the revitalized and re-concepted 13-story property will feature189 well-appointed guest rooms, including 18 suites and one Presidential Suite, 2,000 square feet of ground level meeting space and a Bloor Street-facing leased restaurant and bar.
