Splash into SummerFest at Gaylord Rockies

From Memorial Day through Labor Day, Gaylord Rockies Resort & Convention Center invites guests to experience the Lewis Carroll’s storybook classic “Alice’s Adventures in Wonderland.” The new property's SummerFest presented by Aquafina®, is a “splendiferous” event. It's an immersive guest experience is a season-long, family-friendly celebration of summer fun complete with whimsical costumes, rock n’ roll music, pool parties and more.  

Highlights at this year’s SummerFest celebration include:

Cheshire Cat’s Colorado Adventure Scavenger Hunt

Learn about Colorado’s mountains, wildlife and more during a unique Cheshire Cat-themed scavenger hunt around the resort. Scavenger Hunt booklets are $7.99 and all participants will receive a prize upon completion. The Scavenger Hunt is available to resort guests, as well as day visitors.

Hatter’s Escape Room

You’ve received an anonymous letter inviting you to Hatter’s Tea Party Escape Room at Gaylord Rockies. Your host awaits with an ominous, fun-filled riddle – but be careful … this Hatter is a little mad. The only way out of the never-ending Tea Party is to find clues to solve the riddle and appease your mysterious host. Available Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Tickets are $14.99 per person and are available to resort guests as well as day visitors.

Breakfast in Wonderland

Introduce the whole family to Alice, the White Rabbit and the Mad Hatter as you start your day at this one-of-a-kind, interactive character breakfast. The experience includes a delicious buffet of morning favorites. Breakfast in Wonderland is available to both resort guests and day guests and is $32.99 per adult and $19.99 per child.

Alice’s Rockin’ Tea Party

Every Saturday night, characters from “Alice’s Adventures in Wonderland” will rock out during Alice’s Rockin’ Tea Party. This immersive and interactive experience will feature a live DJ, games and dancing. On Friday and Sunday, guests can cool off with a pool party and enjoy all-day scheduled activities, including games such as lawn checkers, giant Jenga, and hula hoops, as well as music and dive-in movies by the property’s two pools, slides and lazy river.

Queen of Hearts Mini-Golf

Tee up on the resort’s transformed mini-golf course, perfect for golfers of all ages. (No flamingoes or hedgehogs will be harmed in the making of the course.)

 With the imaginative mind of Lewis Carol, Relâche Spa invites you on a journey through Wonderland. SummerFest treatments include:

• Tea for Two Couples Journey. Take a step into the beautiful garden of Wonderland and enjoy a cup of Vitality tea for two blossoming with energizing earthy notes of Elderflower, Spearmint, Licorice and Peppermint alongside delicious treats in our Alpenglow Fireside Lounge.   
• Down the Rabbit Hole Manicure & Pedicure Duo. Venture down the rabbit hole where your hands and feet will land in water filled with our fluffiest scent of aromas taking you into a dreamlike state with mint-julep, cream and lavender. 
• Queen of Hearts Regal Treatment. An experience fit for a Queen. This luxurious treatment delivers instant skin rejuvenation by accelerating cellular respiration, bringing fatigued, over-stressed skin back to life.
