It’s time for spring training — and we’re not just talking about baseball. Before the warm weather draws you out on epic and physically demanding adventures, here are a few favorite getaways for getting in shape this spring.

Embrace Cold Weather Workouts in Alberta, Canada

Snow covers Alberta well into spring, so take full advantage of the extended season through cold weather workouts.
