Introducing The Otis Hotel and AC Hotel Austin

Discover a new standard of Texan hospitality. The dual-branded AC Hotel Austin and The Otis Hotel, an Autograph Collection hotel are set to open their doors in the fourth quarter of 2019. Located along the southwest edge of University of Texas at Austin’s campus, the hotels will bring 347 new rooms to the city. The Otis Hotel boasts 191 rooms including 29 suites. The AC Hotel Austin offers 156 rooms including two suites.

The Otis Experience

The Otis Hotel is part of Autograph Collection’s exclusive portfolio of independent hotels around the world. Austin’s very own artists, the city’s world-famous music culture provide inspiration. Additionally, the hotel pays tribute to the neighboring University of Texas Longhorn Legacy. The design incorporates natural elements, including copper and its restorative benefits. Each of the guestrooms will feature unique touches. In-room record players allow guests to select classic LPs from the hotel’s carefully curated vinyl library. Additionally, guests of The Otis Hotel will have exclusive access to the 4,000 square-foot rooftop deck, complete with an outdoor pool, cabanas, a bar, and expansive terrace. Also, the hotel will offer a full-service restaurant and bar on the first level.

Premium Event Offerings

Business blends with pleasure at The Otis Hotel and AC Hotel Austin, thanks to more than 7,000 square feet of flexible meeting space. The gorgeous ballroom offers 3,480 square feet of well-appointed space for larger gatherings. Even more, five smaller meeting rooms give event attendees the perfect spots for brainstorms and strategy sessions.

The Entrepreneurial Traveler

Inspired by classic European design, the AC brand is perfectly suited for the entrepreneurial traveler. AC Hotel Austin will offer guests the brand’s European-inspired breakfast concept at AC Kitchen and signature cocktails and tapas at AC Lounge, a unique bar on the second floor with outdoor seating, as well as shared access to the restaurant at The Otis Hotel.
