There are encouraging signs that a post-pandemic economic rebound is on the horizon. And that means companies will be hiring once again. In the first edition of his new column, When The Rules Don’t Apply, TURNER’s Vice President Campbell Levy shares some tips for the new normal. “When we’re considering hiring a new employee, we can’t always be box checkers,” he writes. “More often than not, the best candidate does not have the most experience, or does not match exactly the job description you’ve created.”
