New Eco-Friendly Fashion & Lifestyle Clients

Turner PR has recently acquired three new fashion and lifestyle clients – Emu, Oliberté and Pure Fix Cycles. In addition to creating great products, each brand utilizes a business model that reinforces their commitment to using natural products and giving back to the community. Below are highlights of each client's eco-friendly philosophies: Oliberté Oliberté, a sustainable footwear brand supporting workers’ rights in sub-Saharan Africa, believe in empowerment, transparency and doing right by all. This means making quality products with a lifetime warranty. The company asks that customers donate worn out shoes or an employee will arrange to have them shipped back to a retail partner to see that the shoes are recycled properly. In September 2013, Oliberté became the world’s first Fair Trade Certified™ footwear manufacturing factory. The brand runs multiple programs that feature artists, athletes, and individuals that give back to African citizens working with non-profit or social good organizations. EMU The beauty of Australia’s southern coast is the inspiration behind EMU and their "Ever Natural" philosophy. Soil, sun and the sea converge to create the perfect home for Merino Sheep and the world’s finest wool and sheepskin used in a variety of boot styles. EMU's boots have been designed for comfort using only the purest, finest natural materials. Pure Fix Cycles The Pure Fix brand believes there is no better way to help our planet from warming than by getting around on a cost and carbon free fixed gear bike. The company offers cycling at its purest – no frills, no middle man and a product that is as easy to use as it is affordable. To improve health and the environment, Pure Fix is designing cause-themed bikes to raise money for relevant charities. Products include a variety of styles in bikes, accessories and apparel.
