Recipe:
- Festive champagne flute
- 2 oz Cranberry juice
- ½ oz Lemon juice
- 2 oz Homemade sorrel tea
- Dry kombucha
Directions: Shake and fine strain. Top off with dry kombucha and a clove-studded orange twist.
Sparkling Cranberry Apple Cider Mocktail – Sunriver Resort
Recipe:
- Champagne Flute
- Sugar in a dish (for the rim)
- Apple cider
- Cranberry Juice
- Soda Water
- Juice from half of 1 lemon, squeezed. Optional: Save a slice for garnish.
Directions: Dip the top of the flute in water and then immediately dip into sugar dish. Add 1 C of apple cider to the flute. Add ½ C of cranberry juice to the flute. Add a splash of soda water for bubbles. Top with 1 T of lemon juice. Garnish with a lemon slice or peel (optional).

- .5 oz Lemon Juice3 oz Apple Cider
- .5 oz Apple Cider Vinegar
- 2 oz soda water
Directions: Shake and fine strain. Garnish with apple slices, cinnamon sticks, and star anise.
