5 Fall Cocktails To Enjoy – And Where To Enjoy Them

The leaves are changing, the air is getting crisper. That’s right, fall is here! And that means it’s time to enjoy some autumn-inspired libations. We’ve rounded up a few of our favorite fall cocktails for you to try this year … and where you can enjoy them.

Tabacón Thermal Resort and Spa: Cinnamon Rainbow

Fireball whisky in the shadow of a Costa Rican volcano? Yes, please. Located at the base of the majestic Arenal Volcano, Tabacón Thermal Resort & Spa is natural paradise waiting to be explored. Ingredients: 1 ½ oz of Fireball Whisky ½ oz Strawberry Cacique Infusion ½ oz Lemon Juice ¼ oz Hibiscus syrup 2 oz Tonic water I

nstructions: Mix the fireball whisky, strawberry infusion, lemon juice and Hibiscus syrup, add tonic water and decorate it with almond foam, peppermint and Pink pepper

The holidays are right around the corner. This tasty beverage will warm you up and get you in the Mile High City spirit. Ingredients: 2oz Santa Teresa rum 1 ½ oz gingerbread simple syrup and butter mix 2 oz hot water Float of marshmallow whipped cream Sprinkle of crushed ginger snaps

A childhood favorite, with an adult twist. Located 20 minutes south of Bend, Oregon,  Sunriver Resort is a 3,300-acre year-round destination that offers cycling, fly-fishing, hiking, river floating, skiing at Mt Bachelor and so much more. After some fall outdoor adventures, relax and enjoy a S’Mores Martini.

Ingredients: Gram cracker crumbs in a dish (for the rim) 1 oz vodka 1 marshmallow (for garnish) Brulee Torch (for marshmallow garnish) 1 oz Light Crème de Coco 1 oz Dark Crème de Coco Splash of Half & Half Chocolate Syrup Ice I

nstructions: Dip the top of the martini glass into water, then immediately dip it into gram cracker crumbs, coating the rim evenly. Set the glass aside. Add Half & Half, vodka, Light Crème de Coco and Dark Crème de Coco to a shaker full of ice and shake until combined. Strain contents into your martini glass. Brulee marshmallow with brulee torch until golden. Top it off with bruleed marshmallow and a drizzle of chocolate syrup and enjoy!
