Get the brain going and some extra fuel before another day of meetings and panels at Colorado TBEX 2012. Is the altitude getting to you or is just that extra locally brewed Coors Light that you promised yourself you wouldn’t indulge in? Either way (no judgment here) Denver is home to some of the best brunch spots around. As a city that believes in, outdoor patios, hair on the dogs and fresh farm to table food, it’s hard to go wrong. The following are places that I frequent and alway keep me coming back for more.
The original Heidi’s is located 32 nd and Lowell near my neck of the woods. It’s just an old style deli with homemade bagels and sandwiches. Go for the veggie bagel, it has an assortment of fresh veggies, avocado and a special Cajun sauce to top it off.
South Pearl is an eclectic pocket of new restaurants and boutiques. It’s always enjoyable to spend the morning over a Black Pearl breakfast sandwich and bottomless mimosas then cruise over to wash park for a midday walk.
Southern hospitality at its finest and the homemade hot sauce… Well every time I think about taking some for the road. If I were you I would check out the Eggs Jennifer or Eggs New Orleans.
Breakfast all day everyday at this local spot. While you’re waiting for a table be sure to window shop at the cute boutiques and then get ready for some Huevos Rancheros or Eggs Benedict.
